"Richard Mirabile PhD is an Organizational Psychologist with 30+ years of business, consulting, and academic experience advising leaders at Hewlett-Packard, Apple, Motorola, Bank of America, Levi Strauss, Cisco, Intel, SAP/SuccessFactors and many others. He’s served as Guest Fellow at Stanford GSB, Partner at Heidrick & Struggles, Director of Staffing & Development at GTE, Western Regional VP at Linkage, and CLO of e‑learning startup Virtual Learn. He founded SuccessFactors (predecessor to SAP SuccessFactors), which IPO’d in 2007 and was acquired by SAP in 2011; earlier he was an Assistant Professor at Purdue. He holds a B.A., M.S., and Ph.D. in Organizational Systems, several national counseling and HR certifications, and specializes in Leadership Development, Organization Development, High‑Performance Teaming, Executive Coaching, and early‑stage/startup advisory."
