Holiday Event: VOICES Thanksgiving Meal

You're Invited: A Heartwarming Thanksgiving Celebration for Foster Youth

Join us for an impactful holiday event as we serve a special Thanksgiving meal to the youth community at VOICES. This is your chance to make a real difference in the lives of foster youth during the holiday season.

What to Expect:

• Transform the space into a cozy, home-like atmosphere with festive decorations

• Serve a delicious Thanksgiving feast featuring turkey, and holiday sides from Oliver's Markets

• Create warm memories and meaningful connections with foster youth in our community

Volunteer Assignments: To provide clear guidance and enhance our efficiency, all volunteers will be assigned to specific stations. Please look out for an email with your assignments on Tuesday, November 18th.

Event Schedule:

12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Setup and decoration

1:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Serve meals and prepare to-go boxes

4:00 PM - 5:00 PM: Clean-up and wrap-up

Clothing Recommendations: Please wear warm comfortable clothing, such as JL t-shirt/sweatshirts, jeans, and sneakers. Please remember your name tag. We will be providing aprons for everyone.
