In November 2009, we launched our "There Ought to be a Law" effort, an initiative to uncover community needs that should translate into legislative priority. We hosted a Community Forum and received valuable insights from the leaders present around the areas of drug use, truancy, elder protection and community service. We are equally committed to hearing from other community leaders, especially those who have worked closely with Junior League, on the issues you face that should have a voice in Sacramento.
